At Malheurs Des Hommes, every piece we send out is handcrafted with deep care, artistry, and intention. As a small, independent jewelry house, we create and package each order with precision and love. Because of the exclusive nature of our designs, and to preserve the integrity of our pieces, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any jewelry items. This policy helps ensure that every piece remains untouched and pristine for each client, just as we intended when it left our hands.
We kindly ask that you make your selection carefully, and if you have any questions before ordering, we’re always happy to help guide you.
If Something Isn’t Right
We truly want you to love what you receive. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 6 hours of delivery at:

Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom, made-to-order, engraved, or personalized pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These items are created especially for you and cannot be resold. Thank you for understanding.
Shipping Damage
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, do not sign the delivery note without noting the issue with the courier. Please notify us immediately to initiate an investigation with the shipping provider.
